Princess Tsakani Nkambule - Group CEO

Princess Beatrice Tsakani Nkambule is a former educator, a motivational speaker and an established businesswoman. She studied science and education at The University of Fort Hare and University of the Witwatersrand. She worked at Tivumbeni College of Education and the University of Limpopo to name a few.

She has been in full time business for over 20 years and her business experience and diverse interests have resulted in the formation of her Holding Company called Endoni Holdings. As Group CEO of Endoni, she is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company which has offices throughout the country, KZN, Mpumulanga, Gauteng, Limpopo and North West. Endoni has 7 subsidiaries which do business across various sectors. Her current businesses range from bulk food manufacturing and distribution, industrial cleaning, medical waste management, construction, electrical live work, vegetation control and agriculture.

Her considerable business experience, broad management and leadership skills have led to her leading several business organizations over the years. She served on Nafcoc’s board as a Provincial Secretary and Deputy National Secretary for over 10 years. Currently, she is the first Chairperson of the Limpopo Businesswomen Association of South Africa (BWASA). BWASA is the largest and most prominent businesswomen’s organization in the country and among its many accolades, it owns the rights and runs the most prestigious award in the country which is the “Businesswoman of the Year Award”.

Her strong background in the development and mentoring of young people and women of all ages has led to her pioneering programmes that are tailor made to assist people to navigate the changing face of business. She is always invited as a guest speaker on various topics especially business. She has a sound understanding of international trade through her partnerships which is critical in advancing one’s interest in the global economy.
Over the past 15 years, she has represented government in both inward and outbound missions as a business delegate. She ploughs back by investing much time in the mentoring and development of the youth and women. As a visionary and strategist she has recently completed a management course (Women in Business Leadership, A Global Perspective) with the international acclaimed Duke University.

In recent years she has set up a charitable foundation called the “Princess Tsakani Foundation”. Last year the Foundation assisted more than 70 orphaned youth with full school uniforms, including shoes. The dedicated care givers were also assisted with clothing. The inaugural Golf Day last year, which was attended by keen golfers and dignitaries, raised much needed funds. This golf day is an annual event which will continue to support the needs of the less privileged.
